Our manufacturer is a print-to-order service, meaning your Save The OA items are made especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns due to incorrect sizing, so please familiarise yourself with the sizing chart to avoid disappointment.
Any claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If an item is misprinted or defective, please submit a claim to firstname.lastname@example.org within four weeks of receipt.
